Working principle:
The role of the oxygen inhaler is to provide continuous constant pressure and flow of oxygen for the patient to use. The bottle-inserted oxygen inhaler uses the self-contained pressure reducing device to reduce the high pressure in the oxygen cylinder (15Mpa pressure at the full bottle) to the low pressure (0.2~0.2Mpa) suitable for human body use, and then output it to the human body after being wetted by water. . The wall-inserted oxygen inhaler has an input pressure of 0.2 to 0.4 MPa, so it is not necessary to decompress and directly output to the human body.
Operation method:
1. Add distilled water to the humidification cup. The water level in the bottle should not be higher than the water line, but it should not be lower than the water line. It is forbidden to replace with saline.
2. Before inserting the inhaler into the oxygen supply terminal socket, first turn off the flow adjustment switch, and adjust the direction of the oxygen quick plug, then insert the quick plug into the oxygen supply terminal socket hole, when you hear the "click" sound and see the oxygen supply terminal. When the locking sleeve of the socket is automatically slid, the quick plug and the oxygen supply terminal socket are connected and locked.
3. Insert the oxygen pipe into the oxygen supply joint before oxygen supply, then turn the flow adjustment switch counterclockwise to open the origin, so that the float slowly rises (the scale line aligned with the center of the float is the flow reading, the unit is liter/min) The oxygen supply can be adjusted as needed.
4. During the oxygen supply process, if the water in the inhaler bottle is lower than the water line, the flow adjustment switch should be closed in time, the humidified bottle body should be unscrewed, and distilled water should be added according to the requirements of the first paragraph of this item. Screw on the inhaler bottle and continue to supply oxygen.
5. When the inhaler is stopped, the inhaler air supply should be turned off; if it is necessary to remove it, hold the inhaler with your hand and remove it afterwards (the method of unlocking the different oxygen supply terminal sockets is explained by the engineering installation unit), then After washing and disinfecting the water in the bottle, store it in a non-corrosive and well ventilated room.
