Used. This broiler is in used condition with minor scuffs and scratches and some leftover residue from its previous installation.
The power cord has been cut at the end from the previous owner and a new plug will need to be wired onto the end.

The broiler was powered on and tested for heat output. The fan comes on and runs and both heating elements get hot. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
