Victor relief valve safety seat 0608-0006 (SR250/350/450/700-HRF2325 & more)

Description

This is a Victor safety seat to rebuild the relief valve on your regulator or flow meter/regulator. The relief valves are self-reseating, but the safety seat can flatten or deteriorate over time, causing the relief valve to not function properly. Always make sure when rebuilding your relief valve, there are no debris in the relief valve to cause the safety seat to not seat properly in the valve.
*warning* If your relief valve is leaking, it is possible your equipment needs to be serviced due to the seat assembly malfunctioning. A leaking relief valve will not fix your problem if this is the case. You could need a new seat assembly which is located near the diaphragm, not the outer relief valve. We do offer repair kits for common Victor models, some also have the option to include a safety seat with your repair kit. Our standard SR 250/350/450 repair kits include the seat assembly and diaphragm, most with the option to include the safety seat listed here. This safety seat does work for the SR 350, but the SR 350 regulator breakdown only displays the relief valve as an assembly, however it takes the same safety seat part number 0608-0006.
