This used Star 6136RCBF radiant charbroiler gives cooks the best temperature control when heating a variety of foods. This charbroiler is designed with cast iron burners and a control knob for each 12" section for maximum control over your cooking. Each grate is made to hold a high capacity of product and uses heavy-duty radiants to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. With its stainless steel front panel, drip pan, splash guard and grease trough, this unit is easy to clean. A cool to the touch bull nose front design protects users from high temperatures. Grates on this Star radiant charbroiler can be adjusted independently to be flat or inclined and are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate menu items.
