    SWISSMART ~ Vintage 2 Qt. Black+Yellow Enamel-on-Steel CAQUELON (Cheese Fondue Pot) w/Box ~ Switzerland
    Description of item...
    Here we have a beautiful and unused black enameled-over-thin-steel CAQUELON (Cheese Fondue Pot) with a yellow enameled interior made by SWISSMART of Switzerland. It measures approx. 7-1/4" in top diameter (add 4-1/4" for the handle) x 3" side high (deep), can hold up to 2 quarts. It is in very good to practically excellent maintained (unused) condition with no chips or cracks, no enamel loss, no damage noted.  It is being offered in "as found" condition in its original box, not cleaned since acquired, idle for many years (box is slightly worn from age/movement/handling)...all of which are not offensive. The black exterior enamel is complimented with a yellow interior enamel - clean as a whistle with no signs of use/utensil marks (non-metal utensils highly recommended.) The pot also has its original blue triangular sticker which reads, "SWISSMART." Came from a private home collection of many years, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1970's.  This item weighs approx. 2 lbs., add 2 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material.  I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
