Exactly as shown. Acquired at a local auction a few years ago. I currently only own 2 tubes, and tested each of them. One used the A scale, the other the B scale (both checked out "Good", which is correct).
Meter and suitcase-style case are in very good cosmetic condition. One of the knobs was replaced with a wooden Circular piece, which works just fine. A strip on the handle edge of the suitcase is partially pulled away (could probably be glued and clamped). Latch and hinges work fine, and leather strap handle in very good condition.
The tube "Roll Chart" moved easily to the end, where it says "STOP". It does get tight before it makes it all the way to the beginning (gets close). I did not pull the main plate off to inspect underneath (but I might do that if this does not sell the first time it gets listed).
Also included is the ©1956 Operating Instructions, in very good condition. And a single page (double-sided), which is a "1959 List of New Tubes Not Included on the Roll Chart". This is worn and has some age-darkening.
Outside of suitcase measures 13 3/4 inches wide, 10 1/2" wide, 4" tall. Total weight just under 7 1/2  pounds.
