Superior Instruments SICO CRT Tube Tester 83A Untested

Was purchased from a collector. Unit appeared to power on, and I could hear something going on, but no lights to confirm.
Looks to come with multiple adapters.
I would assume that it needs a  full service, which is why I listed it as a parts unit.
Top of case, and handle seem to be falling apart.
