    This is a  rebuild kit for the VICTOR SR250D oxygen regulator. This is  a rebuild kit for the internal parts only.  This kit includes the parts shown in the picture, (9)seat assembly, (8)nylon gasket, (12) friction ring.   The seat, orings and other parts are new, not rebuilt.   This kit does not include the diaphragm.  See our other listings to find a kit with the diaphragm.
