This Star 6136RCBF radiant charbroiler is designed to give the best heating and control when preparing a wide variety of foods. This charbroiler is designed with cast iron burners and a control knob for each 12" section so you have maximum control over your cooking. The grates are made to hold a high capacity of product and use heavy-duty radiants to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. The Star charbroiler features a stainless front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough for the best and cleanest cooking conditions. Grates on this Star radiant charbroiler can be adjusted independently to be flat or inclined and are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate menu items.
