Star 6124RCBF 24" Radiant Gas Charbroiler | 80,000 BTU
This Star 6124RCBF radiant charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. The units are designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast iron burners and a control knob for each 12" section. The grates use heavy-duty radiants to transfer heat to product from the cast iron burners. The Star charbroiler features a stainless-steel front panel, bull nose, drip pan, splash guard, and grease trough. The grates of this Star radiant gas charbroiler can be adjusted independently to be flat or inclined and are reversible with a thin side for searing and a thick side for more delicate menu items.
