National Oxygen Regulator with Gauge - Untested. Condition is "For parts or not working". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
It’s untested. However, the flow controller turns smoothly, as does the clamp control. There is some paint or something on the clamp knob and area, but it looks like it’ll clean off, and it does not affect its operation. It shows signs of use / age—please see pictures, but I don’t see any damage or signs of abuse.
I don't enjoy saying this, but due to a few bad apples almost spoiling eBay for all of us, a seller must protect themselves as well--especially on the higher-dollar items, so the gauge’s information is logged, and “mapped" (fully) with detailed pictures, in the event a return is made with a different gauge, or a part of the set is changed or removed. Again, please accept my apologies for this statement. It's only directed toward "the 1%".
If you elect to choose the local pick up option, this is welcomed, but please do bring the device you use for eBay with you, because a scan transaction is required for me to release the item. I’m not trying to be difficult or anything, but it’s just that without the scan, I have no way to prove the item was delivered. Thank you for understanding.
