You are bidding one piece spear point, spring loaded, 0.65mm lead pitch, 2x4 position pogo pin adapter for EEPROM  programming flashing or other testing. This adapter is for MSOP8 chips package with guide cap for Smelecom DSP3 USAProg DataSmart . I make the soic8 guide cap on sale for long time. This TSSOP8 guide cap is much more precise, recently, I have more time to concentrate on this project. I overcome the small pitch , spring force problem.  I used acrylic as work piece, it is less easy to deform. That means it can be used longer time. It is less expensive and affordable. Hope customers will like it. Use guide cap can save your time, also, it can also make your pogo adapter with long life time.
The advantage on using guide cap :
It is more easy to
get precise positioning of the small needle on the chip legs without aiming.
To protect the pogo pins while uneven force apply to the pins to cause pins damage.
Saving you flashing time.
