This is a thick-wall 304/304L High Pressure Extra Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Pipe Nipple which is threaded on both ends, 1/2 Pipe Size NPT, 10" Overall Length.   This is recommended for mildly corrosive environments and fluids. Though it may be difficult to see in the photographs
each pipe is stamped with the manufacturer (Merit), the material type (304/304L) and heat treat number.
This piping meets ASTM A312 and ASME SA312 standards/requirements.  See below for specifications.
