Returns and Refunds:
If you have any issues with your order or need to return it for any reason, please contact us FIRST and we can work to resolve the issue.
You can return your order (with a few item exceptions) for an exchange (if we have stock) or a refund.
If you return an item and it was not the one we listed or it was not in the same condition or it was an item that we do not accept returns on, you will NOT receive a refund and the item will NOT be returned to you.
If you return an item that you state is not working but it works for us upon its return, you will be issued a refund minus the cost of shipping both directions.
A refund will be issued only if item is returned in
original
packaging, unworn, unused and in the same condition you received it.
If you purchased your item with free shipping, then the original shipping costs will be withheld from your refund. If you paid for shipping, this amount will be deducted from your refund (unless prior arrangements have been made or if the item you are returning arrived with damage).
If an item arrives with damage that was not listed in the description, please take pictures of the item including damage to packaging if applicable. The shipping carrier will need them for insurance claims.
Please note that, when possible, we do try to reuse boxes to cut down on shipping costs for our customers. This means that your items may arrive in a box with writing on it that does not apply to your product.
We do offer a discount on shipping charges (if any) on most items when more than one item is purchased. When items are fragile and cannot be shipped in the same box we may not be able to give a discount. Please email us before purchasing the items.
