This pedal was made in late 80s.
The first generation of Elektronika`s flangers, grandfather of the famous Elektronika PE-11 Flanger. This unit produced with "Sign of Quality" that printed next to the effects name. This nice logo with title "USSR" was assigned only for high quality goods in the Soviet Union. This is, by all means, one of the most versatile and best sounding flanger/chorus pedals I've ever owned. It can go from light chorus to some crazy polychorus sounds and everything in between while maintaining round a well-focused and warm sound. Sits great in the mix of any genre. Works well with both electric guitars and keyboards. These are becoming a rare find these days.
FL-01 features four control knobs, from left to right:
[filter] / [depth] / [speed] / [brightness]
[filter] controls wave form of the effect, [depth] increases level of the effect to clean tone, [speed] increases speed of wave form and [brigtness] controls gain of the effect up to hell feedback.
