This DentalEZ chair includes radius light radius unit with JBOX and transformer for light.
Comes with a hydraulic and cantilever style base with a base seat, back seat and chair tilt feature that are independently moveable.
Arms of chair recline with patient and comes with a narrow back rest.
Quick connects for built-in air and water cavitron
Mounted examination light - halogen dental light/transformer, radius mounted for left right chair positioning.

BEFORE PAYMENT
and we will invoice you accordingly. Inside delivery ("white glove service") can cost over 0 extra. If you do not specifically request inside delivery, we will have the delivery driver call and inform you of expected arrival, and you will be responsible for providing help at the time of delivery to bring the chair package inside your office (at least two people, and we recommend having professional dental technicians on hand).

WARRANTIES
Warranties (if included) cover 3 months parts and labor and the remaining period (if any) covers only parts. You must call us BEFORE initiating any local warranty repairs so that we can evaluate the situation and provide assistance. We reserve the right to deny warranty requests under special circumstances (extreme negligence, abuse, etc.).
