Description

The Cecilware Pro CCP15 countertop gas charbroiler has one burner and cast iron grates that can be tilted to cook at different heat levels. For heat adjustments, employees can use the metal knob located on the front panel. To support even heat distribution, the sidewalls and bottom plate are both angled to reflect heat into the cooking zone. With a bull-nose front, the grates are separated from the user to prevent accidental burns. This charbroiler is made of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning after use.
