Aurora Limited Edition 888 Mercurio Fountain Pen (Fine) 18K Gold Nib

This is a lovely Aurora limited edition fountain pen that is now sold out from retailers. The Mercurio is one of the "planets" series and in my view, the handsomest of the series. The pen comes with all of the accoutrements seen in the photos, including a bottle of ink (unopened), display box and two outer boxes. Unlike standard Aurora fountain pens, which have a 14K gold nib, limited edition pens like this one have a 18K gold nib.
The pen is in excellent condition and writes well in a standard Western fine.
This pen is a piston-filler with a sizable ink capacity. The piston action itself is quite smooth.
