from the early 1900's. They are brick red with yellow, white, and black stripes. The stripes are very even and the beads have a black core. This fabulous necklace includes lost wax cast brass beads in between the tubes. They are all hand strung on cord without a clasp. It ends with a handsome
Nigerian cast brass bell

This necklace is from the estate of a Jewelry/Bead collector and was purchased in Africa in the 1960's.
The necklace measures 29 inches long and easily slips over your head. The center bead and bell pendant are 3 inches long. Most of the cylinder beads are 1½ long and 13mm in diameter. These antique beads have some chips and dings, which add to their beauty and story.
