Built with efficiency in mind, this charbroiler makes it easy to cook food evenly and quickly with its 3 independent burners. With the ability to remove all of the key components without any tools, you can also rapidly disassemble this unit to clean and sanitize each part. Plus, its countertop size is great for virtually any operation, maximizing the space you have to help increase output. For added versatility, it ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply, but includes a liquid propane orifice kit for simple field conversion.
