This auction is for a 1978 Wyoming Tax Ton Mile License Plate. These plates were issued without paint on the steel other than the characters painted in a dark red - maroon color. Theydid get the clearcoat on them.

It is
over three years old as per ebay's rules and expired in 1978.
Buyer to add .55 First Class Mail shipping (steel plate) with the plate wrapped in a liner and then in cardboard. Priority Mail Legal Flat Rate Envelope is also available if desired at .25 with the same liner and protective cardboard inserts. The Priority Mail shipping will include insurance.
