Introducing a very rare and very hard to find 1950 "circa" near mint Aurora 88K gold plated cap, the first style evolution of the iconic Aurora 88.
Aurora 88K is one of the most important pens of the history of writing instruments, and the direct evolutions of the early Aurora 88 with design by Marcello Nizzoli and sold all over the world. Aurora 88, 88K and 88P are universally known for the high quality of material and the revolutionary design.
Today I sold a very rare Aurora 88K with a gold plated cap and nikargenta top jewel, black celluloid barrel and Marbon Cycolac (ABS Plastic) nib hood and turning knob.
Cap head comes with an original nikargenta jewel.
Original gold plated cap in near mint condition. No brassing signs.
Original striped transparent yellow ink-view window without ink stain.
